No. Avoid heat, including hairdryers, steamers, or placing the rug near heaters. Heat can weaken or damage the adhesive used in the rug’s construction. 

We do not recommend it. If you choose to use a cleaning product, avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. Always spot test on a small, hidden area (such as the underside edge) before applying it to the main surface. 

For small spills or stains, spot cleaning with a damp microfibre cloth and water is usually effective. Gently blot the area—do not rub. 

Our rugs are designed primarily as ornamental pieces. While they are durable, we recommend placing them in low-traffic areas to preserve their quality and appearance. 

Yes, our rugs are vacuum-friendly, but we recommend using a low or medium suction setting. Avoid using high-power or brush roll settings, as they may damage the fibres or backing. 

Yes, local pickup from our studio is available by appointment. Just let us know during the ordering process. 

Yes. We’ll provide tracking details once your rug has been dispatched. 

Once your rug is completed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Remote areas may take longer. 

Each rug is carefully rolled and wrapped to protect it during transit. Upon arrival we recommend unrolling and laying it face-down to level out. 

Shipping costs vary depending on the rug’s size, weight, and destination. We’ll provide a detailed quote during the ordering process. 

We ship custom rugs across Australia. International shipping may be available upon request – please contact us to discuss options. 

In Mount Hawthorn, just north of Perth CBD. 

Your rug will be ready to be picked up one week after the workshop.  

All materials and tools are provided.

Yes. Participants should be able to: 

• Stand for extended periods during rug-making activities. 

• Reach arms above head when required. 

• Step up onto a single-step platform when needed. 

No prior experience is necessary! Our workshops are beginner-friendly.
